Providing design support for transportation improvement projects involving landscape architecture and environmental issues. oUsing computer programs such as Photoshop and GIS to prepare interpretive information and design concept layout for the Region's shared-use paths, sustainability outreach to the public, or regional meetings. oPerforming field review, site analysis, and inspection support for projects prepared by the Landscape Architecture & Environmental Group. oField inspection and evaluation of pedestrian and bicycle facilities for consistency with the Americans with Disability Act. oAssisting with the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates and correspondence. oAssisting with environmental reviews for plans and highway work permits. oProviding assistance with solutions for ADA sidewalk curb ramps, including field measurement oPerforming field review, site analysis, and inspection support for projects prepared by the Landscape Architecture Group. oAnalysis and field verification of roadside vegetation oPlanting operation inspection in the field, tagging plants at local nurseries oUsing computer programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and GIS to prepare graphic information and visualizations for design concept layout for the Region's projects and regional meetings. oAssisting with aesthetic reviews for plans and highway work permits.

Salary Range:
From $0 to $18.57 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Must have completed at least 12 credit hours of college study and be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program. Preferred Degree Program:
landscape architecture or anthropology, archeology, atmospheric science, biology, chemical engineering, coastal resources management, cultural resources and historic preservation studies, ecology, ecosystem management, environmental and community land planning, environmental and natural resources conservation, environmental biology, environmental engineering, environmental health, environmental management, environmental planning, environmental resource engineering, environmental science, environmental studies, environmental toxicology, forest biology, forestry, forest science geographic information systems, geography, geological engineering, historic preservation, hydrology, land use planning, meteorology, natural resources management, natural resources planning, urban forestry, water and wetland resources management, or water wetlands and marine resource studiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
