Payroll Specialist
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist who is looking to join an organization that offers challenge, fast-paced work and the opportunity to be part of strong team. In this position, the Payroll Specialist would be responsible for all facets of payroll and benefits for 300
employees.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed on time and in compliance with external/internal policies.
Manage the ADP time clock system and work with the IT group to address and communicate any issues that arise.
Administer PTO, employee benefits and deductions.
Audit payroll information for accuracy.
Create and distribute pay cycle, month-end, quarterly and year end payroll and benefits reports.
Identify areas of process deficiency and apply new processes to improve the overall effectiveness of the payroll department.
Assist employees with deductions, benefits and all payroll related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
2
years working with payroll and benefits.
Prior experience with the ADP timekeeping and attendance system. - REQUIRED!!
Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Experience administering employee benefits, PTO and payroll deductions.
The ability to maintain confidentiality.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
