Non Conformance (manufacturing) CoordinatorThe function of this position is to facilitate and expedite non-conforming materials from the manufacturing floor, analyze and report data for the quality improvement of material.The NCT Coordinator will report directly to the Industrial Quality Supervisor.- Validate Red Tag characterization, determine liability and to confirm criticality including consideration of the impact on the line- NCR (Non-Conformance Report) creation in GSI- Efficient Data Entry- Coordination of Material Review Board (MRB) to track disposition- Attendance to the Projects line & MPS meetings- Create QM Orders and rework Orders in GSI- Ability prioritize necessity based on production need across multiple Projects.- Record Non-Conformance per Component, Assembly and Vehicle- Characterize Non-Conformance- Report and analyze Non-Conformance data- Approve rework, waivers and dispositions- Identify supplier quality issues for resolution- Identify recurrent issues Skills/Experience:- Previous experience as a Non Conformance specialist or an Industrial Quality Technician- Some user experience with SAP ERP- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, interpret criteria and specifications- Experience using micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring equipmentPlease send me your resume directly to: denis.potapenko@systemone.com for an immediate consideration
